Has my order been accepted?
– You will receive a confirmation email a few minutes after your purchase has been accepted. If not, please contact us at

Is my order sent?
– As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order.

Where is my package?
– You will receive a tracking number to track your package. You will also get an SMS and email when your package arrives at your pickup point.

Can I change my order?
– We can change or remove products that have not yet been processed by us. Please send us an email with your order number and the product you wish to remove or add.

Can I reserve a product?
– We can only reserve products for customers who want to pick up their package at our warehouse. Please notice that the reservation has to be done by email, and only last 24 hours from your reservation confirmation.
